Why?
We care.
To quote Wieden+Kennedy, “Portland is what we make it.” Today, our city is at a crossroads, facing challenges that affect how we live, work, and connect as a community. We believe the best solutions emerge when community advocates, builders, and experts come together to co-create practical approaches. As volunteers, we know many local organizations are already doing more with less, and we want to leverage our experience to support and amplify their work. By hosting CityCamp PDX, we are creating a collaborative space where diverse voices unite to explore new ways of making Portland stronger together.
Who are we?
Community Advocates, Builders, & Volunteers
We are a group of community advocates gathering to foster resilience and strengthen connections. We've met through our involvement in community-focused organizations including: SVP Portland, PDX Digital Corp, p:ear mentor, and others. Many of us volunteer or serve youth organizations and looking to start where we are most familiar.
